All costs related to the attempt at sale ( marketing, visits, sales contract ) remain at the charge of the Real Estate Agent, nothing will be asked to the owner of the real estate, the only thing for him is the correct behavior to inform the Agency if the sale has happened from another side. The commission 3% (min 1.000 €) is to be paid at the moment of preliminary contract.
